  • The development of a number of unique tools based on genetically encoded markers and sensors to study the molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis and  action of anti-tumor drugs
  • Optical bioimaging (fluorescence whole-body imaging, multiphoton fluorescence microscopy with FLIM function) for assessment of early tumor response to the treatment. 
  • Studying functional changes (caspase-3 activation, NMD cascade, mitotic activity, intracellular pH, ROS, the level of metabolic co-factors NADH and FAD) in cancer cells in vitro and tumor tissue of animals
  • Super-resolution microscopy PALM/STORM for analysis of cytoskeleton ultrastructure of cancer cells
